Information About the Etchings

The etchings offered are all created by me in my Millbrook, Ontario studio.
Each etching plate is hand inked, wiped, and printed on Arches Cover 270gsm acid-free 100% rag etching paper using my manual etching press.

Etching inks are from Graphic Chemical & Ink Co. in Chicago, and paints used for hand colouring the etchings are Windsor & Newton Artists' Water Colour from London, England.

Edition sizes vary as indicated but are limited to not more than 70. There are a limited number of artist's proofs available generally numbering not more than 10% of the etching edition size.

Etchings are available both framed and unframed.

Unframed etchings can be sent flat (smaller images) or gently rolled in sturdy mailing tubes that ensure they arrive in good condition.

Framed etchings have museum quality off-white acid-free "shadow box" matting. They have quality wood mouldings and are shipped with plexiglass.
